3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Pay all fees according to the agreed payment schedule
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Service fees are due according to the agreed payment schedule
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Ad spend budgets are separate from service fees
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

5. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and materials created by AdConnect Digital remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-provided materials remain the property of the client.

6. Confidentiality

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and data. We will not share sensitive business information with third parties without explicit consent.

AdConnect Digital's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Access to campaigns and accounts will be transferred
• Confidentiality obligations continue

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.). We are not responsible for changes in their policies, algorithms, or terms of service.

11. Data Protection

We comply with applicable data protection regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations
• Mediation if necessary
• Jurisdiction of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh courts

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
